Insurance Cover for Neighbourhood Watch Members

Neighbourhood Watch volunteers who are formally registered with their local co-ordinator benefit from the following cover provided by RSA Insurance Group plc, which protects the distinct legal liabilities of Essex County Neighbourhood Watch Association and its Trustees. The cover applies when members are currently involved in Neighbourhood Watch activities.

The level of cover is as follows:

• £10,000,000 Employers Liability (including volunteers)
• £5,000,000 Public Liability (including hirers liability, advertisers liability and abuse cover)
• £2,500 Portable equipment cover anywhere in the UK
• £100,000 Trustee Indemnity
• £100,000 Entity Defence
• £50,000 Fidelity Guarantee
• £100,000 Professional Indemnity
