At an Essex County Neighbourhood Watch Association meeting on Tuesday 9th November 2021 Clive Stewart Chairman presented Alan Norman, ,who retired as Southend District Neighbourhood Watch Co-ordinator in Decvember 2022 ,, with a Special Award for outstanding Neighbourhood Watch activities during 2020/21
